The Innovation Challenge is program run by the Revolution Factory, tailored to help your company:

These open-sourced innovation challenges usually last 2-3 weeks with a diverse team of students, startups, researchers and changemakers from the area. The output is at least 5 fresh ideas that have received some initial validation. You and your team will pick the winning idea and the runner up!

Within these challenges, startups will partner with your company to solve business problems and accelerate innovation that will transform your industry. At the end of the challenge, each participating startup will present its proposed idea and the market validation for the idea to your team. This challenge is customized in its structure, duration of time, and number of participating startups depending on the needs of your organization.

These innovation challenges are customized for your company. Employees will form teams and ideate based on the theme of your choosing. Each team will then pitch their ideas to the executive team. Winners will be chosen by the executive board, as well as from the rest of the company. These challenges can range from 1 week-3 weeks based on what works best for your culture.
